We buy your new devices, e.g. recontracted from a telco, or a gift from a lucky draw.

We may accept activated or unsealed devices. However, it must be 100% unused - any signs of usage or unboxing (e.g. stickers peeled and re-applied) will be considered used. Activated devices must be less than 3 calendar days from date of activation.

Refurbished or replacement sets are considered used.

Prices are approximate valuations only. Actual prices may vary depending on physical condition, working condition, accessories (including memory cards), remaining warranty (if any), packaging and other factors. Prices are subject to change at any time, even within the same day. We reserve the right to refuse any offers at our sole discretion.
