How to solve BitLock Recovery displayed on Windows devices that are shown as in Picture 1 and get the BitLocker Recovery Keys? Follow these steps below!
1. Log in to the following address https://login.live.com/login.srf.
2. Enter your Microsoft account information to continue.
3. Since BitLocker recovery is only available on signed-in devices, proceed by clicking Find My Device.
4. The BitLocker Recovery keys will be displayed in the form of a combination of numbers and letters of 6 (six) characters of 7 (seven) sets.
5. Enter the BitLocker Recovery code on the screen where you are prompted to enter the code.
6. Click continue and restart your device.

1. Access the following address in your browser, http://windows.microsoft.com/recoverykeyfaq.
2. Select "How can I get my BitLocker Recovery key?"
3. Log in by entering your email/username/Skype information.
4. Next, you will be asked to verify. Therefore, use a device that is already integrated with the email address you entered in step 3.
5. BitLocker Recovery keys will appear with Microsoft Surface Account username, Key ID, and Recovery key with ombination of numbers and letters of 6 (six) characters of 7 (seven) sets.
6. Enter the BitLocker Recovery code into the screen where you are prompted to enter the code.
7. Click continue and restart your Surface device.
