Have you ever had your touch screen Surface Pro 3 suddenly unable to be touched or the touch screen on some screens didn't work properly? Don't worry, Zapplerepair has a solution that you can try yourself by calibrating your device.
But before we start calibrating, follow the procedure below so that your calibration runs correctly and has no problems:
1. Charge the computer battery to 30% or higher before running this calibration tool.
2. Disconnect all devices from the computer. (i.e. AC Adapter, USB device, etc...)
3. During installation of this file and execution/calibration, make sure you are logged in as Administrator or as a user with Administrative rights.
4. To ensure that no other programs interfere with installation and execution/calibration, save all work and close all other programs. The taskbar must be clear of applications before proceeding.
5. It is highly recommended that you print out these instructions for use as a reference during the installation and execution/calibration process.
Make sure you follow the procedure properly. After that please follow the steps below to download and run this program.
1. Download the EP0000601624.exe file (click here)
2. Go to the directory where the file was downloaded and double click on the EP0000601624.exe file using ClickPad or TouchPad, to start the calibration.
Note: Please don't touch the screen.
3. On the "Browse For Folder" screen, click "OK".
4. In the "C:\Users\Username" folder, click the "Panel Calibration Tool" folder.
5. On the "Calibration Tool Panel" screen, click the "CalibG4" file.
IMPORTANT: DO NOT TOUCH THE SCREEN WHEN THE CALIBRATION IS RUNNING.
6. After calibration is complete, turn off the computer.
7. After the computer is completely turned off, restart the computer.
8. If the computer has restarted, it indicates the calibration has been completed.
Note: If the issue is not resolved, make sure the battery is charged to 30% or higher and all other devices are disconnected from the computer, then perform the calibration again.
