Easiest way to prevent viruses from infecting your MacOS

Picture 1:.

Go to “System preferences”  and “users and groups”. Inside, click on the Lock button at the bottom left of the window and type in the Admin password of the system to all you to make changes to the list of users. Click the “+” sign located right above the now “unlocked lock” and add a new user. Make sure the “New account” is set to “standard” and not anything else. When done, continue to use your MacBook, iMac, MacPro with this standard account.

If by any unfortunate chance, a virus infiltrates this user profile during your use, you can simply turn the machine off and login to the previous account with “Admin” privileges. Just simply go into the “Users and groups” Menu to delete the account affected by the virus and make a new one following the previous steps. Just make sure not to mainly use the Account with Admin privileges as it increases the risk of it being affected by the virus. If this happens, it could possibly brick the machine or force you to reinstall MacOS manually.
